Summary: CRM MCP 工具支援租戶範圍內的線索進件、去重、資格評估、聯絡人及公司資料、商機管道、活動、任務、同意紀錄及匯入治理。

Agent workflow: 用於 lead intake、deduplication、qualification、contact/company、deal pipeline、activity、task、consent record 及 import governance。先讀 tenant scope、existing lead/contact/company/deal 與 consent，再建立或更新 CRM 記錄。

Endpoint rules: endpoint section 是 source of truth。匯入、去重合併、consent、pipeline stage、task/activity write 都要 follow approval/safety/read-first。不要創作 endpoint。
